Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 /2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cup flour
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup juice/soy milk
Preparation
Mix together the wet ingredients, then reserve 1 cup.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the remainder and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the reserved mixture atop and bake for 325 for 40 minutes.
