Here is my favorite simple Dark Chocolate Stress Smoothing Dessert recipe that you can eat to start or end your day in a healthy and balanced way.

  • 1 ripe medium sized avocado
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey (use organic agave or organic maple syrup to make vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs (optional - for garnish)


1. Cut open avocado, remove pit and scoop ripe avocado out.  Put into food processor.  Add honey and coconut water.  Process until blended.

2. Add in raw cacao powder.  Mix until evenly blended.  Add salt to taste.

3. Pour into a single serving dish.  You can refrigerate or eat ASAP.  Add raw cacao nibs, if desired.

4. Enjoy your Naturalita inspired treat.
