- 6 hardboiled eggs, completely cooled and peeled
- 2 heaping tbsp. of mayo
- Salt, to taste
- Dijon Mustard to taste
- A tiny sprinkle of hot paprika
Mash the eggs to your family's preference-some like a smoother texture, some like a chunkier texture.
Add the remaining ingredients, and use a rubber spatula to mix together completely. Adjust seasonings as needed.
