eggless challah
My son is allergic to eggs, but he is the third child and I don't want to deprive his brothers of delicous home made challah. So my friend and I developed this recipe and it is our favorite challah recipe ever.

Ingredients
- 4 cups. bread flour (plus more for kneading and shaping)
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 3/4 cup agave nectar
- 3 tbs. yeast
- 1 tbs. salt
- 2 cups warm water

1 Really you can throw all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl in no particular order.
2 Mix them up and knead for 3 to 5 minutes.
3 Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
4 Shape as you wish, the recipe dives up well into two large loafs or three medium sized.
5 Preheat the oven to 375.
6 Let rise to double bulk on a greased baking sheet.
7 Top with either cinnimon and sugar, sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
8 Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
