Fiesta Layered Bean Dip

- 1 can Pinto beans, rinsed, drained
- 2 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 cups lettuce,
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/8 cup black olives, sliced
- 6 oz. baked tortilla chips

1 Process beans and taco seasoning in food processor until smooth; spread on to bottom of large bowl
2 Combine sour cream and milk in medium bowl; spread over beans. Spoon salsa over; top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
