Rasberry Ice Cubes:

  • 1 can frozen berry juice mix
  • 24 fresh raspberries

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1⅓ cups sugar
  • 1⅓ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 8 lemon slices

Rasberry Ice Cubes:

1. In a large pot, mix 2 quarts of water with 1⅓ cups of sugar. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil.

2. When mixture is boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook until sugar is dissolved. About two minutes. Remove pot from the heat.

3. Using a fine sieve, strain lemon juice into water/sugar mixture.

4. Place in refrigerator to chill.

5. When ready to serve the chilled lemonade, place a lemon slice in each tall glass. Fill each glass with raspberry ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the top.
