Fruit Salsa
This is a refreshing summer dish when watermelon and blueberries are at their best. Fun for outdoor or indoor grilling!

Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mango
- ½ cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup coarsely chopped, seeded watermelon
- 1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
Preparation
1. Combine mangoes, blueberries, watermelon, onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and lime juice together in a large bowl. Serve over grilled chicken.
