Fruit Salsa

This is a refreshing summer dish when watermelon and blueberries are at their best. Fun for outdoor or indoor grilling!

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mango
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped, seeded watermelon
  • 1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime


1. Combine mangoes, blueberries, watermelon, onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and lime juice together in a large bowl. Serve over grilled chicken.
