Garlic Aioli

This homemade garlic aioli makes a great dip for cut vegetables or potato chips. It's fantastic for Passover appetizers or nosh and can be used year-round as well.

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg yolk (pasteurized if possible)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup olive oil


1. Mix garlic, egg yolk, lemon juice, salt and honey in a bowl. 

2. Whisk and drizzle in oil until emulsified. 

Use as dipping sauce for potatoes or vegetables.
