Gluten Free S'mores
Take your pick, you could find special gluten free graham crackers I'm sure, but even if you're not gluten free you might want to try these new takes on the classic s'mores. Especially if you like a little salty with your sweet.
The best way to get the chocolate really melted is to heat in an oven before adding the toasted marshmallow, but if you're at an actual campfire that might not be possible.

Ingredients
- Mini rice cakes
- Potato chips
- Marshmallows
- Bittersweet or milk chocolate bars, broken into small squares
Preparation
Place a piece of chocolate on either a potato chip or a mini rice cake. Toast a marshmallow and put it on top of the chocolate. Sandwich with another potato chip or rice cake.
