Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup chopped dill
- ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, such as Colavita
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Blend tahini, water,garlic, dill, parsley, mint, evoo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
