Grilled fruit is so easy and delicious. Long lazy days turn into warm memorable nights when you create a fun dessert that makes everyone smile.
The natural pairing of fruit and chocolate, inspired me to grill some bananas and add the classic s'mores components, (chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers) to the mix.
You can even make this vegan with vegan marshmallows and chocolate.

- 6 ripe bananas
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3 graham crackers, broken into chunks
Preheat grill to medium or oven to 350°F.
1. Cut a slit into each banana and open the peel to create a pocket. Stuff marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers into the pocket.
2. Grill bananas until the skin is charred and marshmallows are lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
3. Serve bananas with a spoon after allowing them to cool for a few minutes.
