Italian flavored cheese ball with chedar cheese tang.

- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 envelope Italian style dry salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more)
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Form into a ball, and chill for at least 2 hours.
