- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium red bell pepper, in 1/4 strips
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, blanched
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese
1 Sauté bell pepper in oil until tender.
2 Add garlic, green beans, vinegar, salt and pepper
3 Heat until beans are warmed
4 Serve hot, topped with freshly grated cheese.
