Gremolata is a chopped herb condiment, usually with lemon flavors from zest and juice. It is most often served alongside meat and will brighten any stew.
- Prep Time
- 2 cups chopped mint1 cup roughly chopped pistachiosZest of one lemon½ teaspoon kosher salt1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1. In bowl add finely chopped mint. Roughly chopped pistachios, add Lemon zest and salt. Stir with little olive oil and put aside for serving.
2. To serve, drizzle on top of meat, like on our Slow Cooked Sous Vide Lamb.
