- 2 Tbsp canola oil 30 mL
- 1 .5 lb cooked potatoes, cut into quarters 750g
- 1 tsp Herb de provence 5 mL
- 1 Tbsp canola oil 15 mL
- Salt and pepper to taste
1 Heat 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of canola oil in saucepan over medium-high heat.
2 Add potatoes and saute for 15-20 minutes until reheated throughout and nicely browned.
3 Add herb, toss well. Remove from heat.
4 Drizzle with 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of canola oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
