Non Gebrokst Potato Starch Matzo Balls

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chicken fat or oil
  • 5 tablespoon chicken soup or water
  • 1/2 cup potato starch


Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Boil up the water and salt. Form mixture into balls and place in the rapidly boiling water.
Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
