Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Ingredients
- 2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purposed flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix:
- Layer the oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins and walnuts in a 1-quart glass jar.
- Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix together oil, egg whites, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the cookie mix and stir until combined.
- Drop dough by the rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Dampen fingers with cold water and flatten dough into 2-inch rounds.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are golden, but not brown.
