This is an awesome way to enjoy Greek yogurt. Pavlova is a meringue dessert which is traditionally filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit. Change things up a bit and fill with Greek yogurt for a tangy and rich-tasting option. The Greek yogurt complements the sweet meringue perfectly.
You can also have fun with this dessert and use flavored Greek yogurt. We used vanilla and paired it with fresh fruit, and paired the light coffee Greek yogurt with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.

They do sell Greek yogurt here in some places, but if you can’t find it, I would buy any kind of yogurt and strain it for a few hours
What yogurt would you use in Israel?
Ouch. This is painful to look at. This is NOT pavlova in any way, shape or form. Oreos?? Just call it a meringue-based dessert. Don’t sully the name of Australia’s greatest dessert – pavlova!
