Pesach Fingers


This great take-a-long snack couldn’t be easier to prepare!

  • 30 fingers ServingsServings


  • 2 six ounce packages ground almonds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Baking Chocolate, Melted


In a medium bowl, combine the almonds, sugar, and eggs. Refrigerate until hardened.
Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove from refrigerator and roll into short, thin strips of dough and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool. Dip one end into melted chocolate.
