Poached Eggs with Apples Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored, sliced into 4 pieces
- 8 poached eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
1. Put butter and apples in a frying pan.
2. Cook apples on each side for about 1 minute. Remove apples from frying pan.
3. On each slice of apple, place 1 poached egg.
