- 4-8 ounce salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice for each piece
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise mixed with dollop of mustard for each fillet
Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Place salmon in pan side by side, pouring lemon juice over it. Sprinkle, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper over fish. Mix together dollop of mayonnaise and mustard and spread over each filet. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about twenty minutes until it turns brown not burnt. (Check it after 20 minutes, as each oven is different) Tastes best when served warm, but it can be eaten cold.
I personally, enjoy it cold, in pieces on top of a large fresh salad.
