real cous cous

real cous cous is not hard to make, really, you do need a special pot called a cous cous pot, and a special sifter but once you own these youll never eat any other cous cous again! this is a wonderful side dish that goes great with chicken soup, meatballs or any chicken or meat dish that has a sauce.
