Roaste Green Beans

  • 12 ounce green beans Cut off tails
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup crushed garlic
  • 1 cup pecans


12 ounces of green beans, well washed, ends cut off

Lay on three sheets of aluminum foil, sprinkle with kosher salt

Drizzle ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil on beans

Sprinkle 1/8 cup of crushed garlic on beans

Sprinkle one cup of pecans on top of green beans

Crimp the aluminum foil to make it leak proof

Put on cookie pan in oven preheated to 350 for one hour

Cool on cookie sheet and place in container in refrigerator for Shabbos
