Seared salmon

  • 1.25 pound salmon fillets
  • .25 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 lemon wedges


Line the broiler pan with foil. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the salmon fillets on top. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the fillets.

Broil fillets 5 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes-or until opaque in the center.

Top with lemon and serve.
