Simple Beef Kabobs with Mujadara Pilaf

We developed these simple kabobs to show how easy it is to make dinner with our new Pilaf seasonings.  The first seasoning is our Mujadara Lentil Pilaf which we made with rice and used it as a bed for these delicious beef and vegetable kabobs.
