Slices of Beef Fillet and Smoked Duck Breast

  • 1⅓ lb beef fillet cut into slices to about 1 inch
  • ¼ lb of smoked duck breast, thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Dorot Chopped Garlic Cubes
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 Dorot Parsley Cubes
  • salt and ground black pepper

Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 6 Dorot Chopped Dill Cubes
  • 3 Dorot Chopped Garlic Cubes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion, add the beef fillet and season with salt and pepper. Add the slices of smoked duck breast, Dorot Garlic and Parsley. Turn the meat to the other side and add the white wine, reduce the sauce and remove from heat, Cook in a pot with the potatoes in water until soften, drain and mash the potatoes. Add Dorot dill and garlic, the olive oil, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and mashed potatoes around the meat and serve.
