Perfect side dish for Thanksgiving or anytime you want to mix sweet and nutty with potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 14 cups cubed peeled sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chilled butter or margarine, in small pieces
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Preparation

1 Cook the potatoes until soft. Drain. Beat them with a mixer until smooth.
2 Spoon mixture into a sprayed 13X9-inch baking dish.
3 Combine the flour and sugar in a food processor. Add the chilled butter or margarine and pulse until it resembles a coarse meal. Stir in the pecans and sprinkle over the potatoes.
4 Bake uncovered in a 375℉ for about 30 minutes.
