- 1 tablespoon Jamie Geller Sumac
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. In a small bowl, mix the red onion with Jamie Geller Sumac, apple cider vinegar and salt.
2. Stir, cover and keep in fridge until ready to use.
