Ingredients
- 2 cups homemade mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped sweet gherkin pickles
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped capers
- 3 teaspoons finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1 ½ teaspoons dried
- 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Fine sea salt
Preparation
Combine the mayonnaise, gherkins, capers, tarragon, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt. Refrigerate until using.
