The Ultimate Boureka Sandwich
In Israel, we sometimes use a large boureka as the sliced bread for our sandwich and once you try it you will be hooked!

Ingredients
- 1 large potato or cheese boureka
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 pickle, sliced
- Jamie Geller Harissa mixed with oil or water
- Prepared tahini
- Zaatar
Preparation
1. Slice open boureka and lay flat. Layer with eggs, tomatoes, and pickles.
2. Slather other side with spicy sauce like harissa or schug. Spoon tahini over vegetables, sprinkle with zaatar and serve.
