Tilapia Parmesan

  • 4-6 ounce tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup Paremsan cheese
  • sprinkle of garli salt
  • sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
  • olive oil


Spray non-skillet with non-stick spray.  Add olive oil to coat pan.  Beat egg in a large bowl.  Mix the cheese, crumbs, garlic salt and Italian seasoning in a medium size Tupperware bowl.  Dunk fish in egg,then coat both sides with the Parmesan crumb mixture.  Place fish in skillet and cook both sides until brown.  Flake with a fork before removing from pan to test doneness.  It tastes “out of this world”!
