Watermelon Citrus Soup

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon-flavored gelatin mix
- 1 box lime-flavored gelatin mix
- 2 cup boiling water
- 6 cup seedless watermelon puree, chilled
- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Place the gelatin mixes in a heatproof bowl and pour in the boiling water.
Stir until dissolved.
Stir in the watermelon puree and divide among 6 to 8 serving bowls.
Sprinkle the mint over the tops of each bowl and serve immediately.
