Teriyaki Beef Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 9-ounce packages Gefen lo-mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cup frozen broccoli florets defrosted
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 1 pound New York strip steak thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add peppers, onions and beef and cook 5 minutes more. Add teriyaki sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender but crisp, adding a few tablespoons of water if needed.
  • Add noodles to sauté pan and toss to coat. Divide between 4 bowls to serve.
