Yuda Schloss

Yuda Schloss is the co-founder of The Fresh Diet, and is also known for his Brooklyn pop-up hassid+hipster.  An Orthodox Jew, Schloss’ father ran Manhattan macrobiotic restaurant The Cauldron. Schloss has continued to work in the “family business” of trendy restaurants- while embracing very different food trends.  Currently he heads the kosher department for www.kitchensurfing.com.
