Rugelach is a Jewish pastry/cookie that is found all across Israel. There are many variations of this traditional sweet, but most often are made by stuffing a triangle piece of dough and rolling it up.  The dough can either be made from a fluffy yeast bread dough or a cream cheese/sour cream cookie dough.
