Dinner Tonight - A Week of Menus - Warm Salmon Salad
This week, if you live in the North East and have kids in school you are counting down the days until school is over. Not sure if it is a good thing or a bad thing, depends on your Summer plans I guess. Either way let's keep up the light and easy dinners.
For Monday let's prove we can eat pasta and be healthy with Florentine Ravioli at under 300 calories a serving, we can all enjoy and we get the added nutrients from the super vegetables, spinach. If you need more filler try a Vegetables Soup.
On Tuesday let's try a Roast Chicken Dinner made easy with Roasted Chicken Breast with Peach Chutney serve alongside fresh Green Asparagus with Peppers and Pine Nuts and if needed add on some Brown Rice.
On Wednesday let's try Jamie's recipe for Turkey Sausage and Lentil Soup - a one pot meal.
Thursday as we begin to prepare or think about preparing for Shabbat let's stick with a salad that eats like a meal - Warm Salmon Salad (main image) or if you are up to some adventure try this Vegetarian Cobb Salad.
