Dinner Tonight - A Week of Menus - Avocado Stuffed Salmon

Avocado Stuffed Salmon with Wild Rice

Yay! This week is Purim, will the fast day on Wednesday make up for all the hamantashen?

Monday we will start the week off with a meatless Monday recipe for Broccoli with Asian Tofu served with short grain brown rice.

On Tuesday, the week is getting busier but we still want to be healthy so let's try Jamie's Avocado Stuffed Salmon with Wild Rice.  Now, it is time to make the Hamantashen.

On Wednesday, some people will be fasting and it is a strange day, but you got to have dinner at some point and maybe something early for the kids.  I recommend this Pea Soup recipe, this version is made in a pressure cooker, which if you have is fantastic and will make this soup come together in no time, but the same recipe can work in a Slow Cooker too, just throw it all in and let it cook for 4-6 hours, serve the kids dinner before shul and then leave it to stay warm for when you get back.  Serve with a crusty bread or if you want to go meat, add some diced hot dogs or smoked turkey.

Thursday, Happy Purim, today is the big seudah, so I am not going to suggest one of our regular meals but refer you to all our seudah ideas.  We got menus for everything from Asian to Mexican to Italian and beyond.  Check it out and have a Purim Sameach.
