The Purim Seudah, holiday meal, is a highlight for many because the mitzvah to eat and drink in abundance brings the holiday induced happiness to new highs. I have a recipe that my mother used to make for a Pesach fruit kugel. You can really adapt it to everyones taste by changing the variety of fruits utilized. It is great warm or even cold from the refrigerator. Thank you for this opportunity.
