For the grown-ups among us, I created this absolutely delish Pina Colada Smoothie. Get yourself a cocktail umbrella, don your Ray Bans and hit the beachm (or your deck, your balcony, or the front stoop of your house.) You know this baby was meant to be enjoyed in the sun. Don’t worry, it’s alcohol free, so you can still drive your carpool.

Piña Colada Smoothie
Servings
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups regular or light coconut milk
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.

Try using parev whipping cream instead. It adds a great taste.
OOOOOH thank you so much for the best comment of the day!!! hope you enJOY this Pina Colada Smoothie!
Hi all! I cannot wait to try this recipe also. Jamie, your recipes and tips are always right on! Thank you so very much!
Thanks SO much!!!! The yogurt makes it thick and creamy… do you want a pareve version? if so you can try a soy yogurt or even soy/coconut/pareve ice “cream” – but then hold back on the OJ and honey, and add/sweeten slowly to taste.
You offer fantastic recipes. I love it! For this, is there a substitute for the yogurt? Thanks.
lol — guess we shoulda called it “Kid-Friendly”.
Where is the liquer? If it is for adults it should have it.
Yes!
YAY — happy you agree!
