5-Ingredient Blender Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup quick oats
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup silan
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: pinch cinnamon, pinch salt, chocolate, chips, dried fruit, nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly grease donut pan with olive oil.

  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. Pulse until combined.
  2. Pour or spoon about 2 tablespoons into each donut cavity.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
