Alaskan Salmon Salad

This no cook salmon salad uses Tofutti sour cream instead of mayo. It is creamy and perfect for anyone who can't have eggs. Enjoy on bread toasts or even on a lettuce salad.

  • 1 (7-ounce) can of Alaskan Blueback Salmon, drained
  • 1 medium/large onion, diced
  • 6 ounces Tofutti (better than sour cream)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickled relish
  • 2 tablespoons potato flakes
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion (optional)


1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
