Apple Sesame Slaw
This slaw is a perfect combination of sweet and crunchy. Use a basic vinaigrette as a dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 firm, sweet apples such as Fuji
- 1 mango, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 kohlrabi, thinly sliced
- Basic vinaigrette plus 2 tablespoons
- sesame oil
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients.
