Asian BBQ Beef Ribs with Seasoned Chips

Asian BBQ Beef Ribs with Seasoned Chips

I love simple recipes with few ingredients that can't overcook.  This slow cooker ribs recipe is perfect for no fail ribs that don't require the heat of a grill or broiler.  You can set them and forget them in your slow cooker or make them in an instant pot for a quick dinner.

Instant Pot Variations: Place all ingredients into the Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 40 minutes.

I serve them with slaw and our favorite potato chips, but you can also make your own chips from anything from sweet potatoes to carrots, DIY Veggie Chips
