Baked Tortilla Chips

Homemade Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

Once you bake your own tortilla chips you may never go back to store bought.  All you need is a big stack of corn tortillas and you will be on your way.

  • 5 corn toritllas
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin


  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Cut tortillas into quarters. Spread tortillas on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and cumin.
  2. Put tray in oven and cook for around 15 minutes or until browned and crunchy.
  3. The chips will stay in a ziplock for a few days, but they are best fresh out of the oven.
