Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 4-5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, optional
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste until well blended. Makes nearly one cup.
