Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 4-5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, optional
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste until well blended. Makes nearly one cup.
