Banana Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup pitted dates or date syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 6 egg whites
Instructions
- Combine the bananas, dates, and almond butter in a blender. Blend contents until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of water if necessary.
- Using a mixer or an electric egg beater, whip 6 egg whites until hard peaks form. Fold the blended contents into the egg whites, and whip again.
- Pour the mixture into a tupperware and place in the freezer. Takes approximately 4-6 hours to freeze. Serve once frozen. Enjoy!
