- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Dijon style mustard
- ½ cup best quality extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place balsamic, sugar, Dijon, and evoo in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake until emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
