We like a vinegar-based BBQ sauce that is not too sweet to top the best burger you will ever have.

BBQ Sauce for Burgers
Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mustard
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 – 2 tablespoons tamarind paste to taste
- ¼ cup molasses to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Store remainder in the fridge 1 to 2 months.
- Note that the last three ingredients have a very strong flavor. You may adjust the quantities of these to suit your personal preference.
