Beet, Orange and Goat Cheese Salad

  • 1-2 oranges; sliced
  • 1 can of sliced beets
  • 6 oz of 'Natural and Kosher' goat cheese medallions
  • chopped parsley for garnish


  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice


Arrange the oranges on a plate. Position the beets on top of the oranges and  Place the goat cheese medallions on the beets. Sprinkle the parsley, and drizzle the dressing on top. Serve and enjoy!
