Do you think this is good to serve at a L,Chaim. I need ideas as what to bake for my sons L,Chaim.
Thanks!!!
Yes, the same amount.
can i use melted stick margarine instead of the tub? how much?
1 egg is fine, but oil will change the texture, it might be more cakey and less chewy.
You can use chopped chocolate to help make it look more like the picture.
They look so good, but parve chocolate chips usually do not melt like in your picture…they remain whole and unmelted. It looks like you melted them first??
can you use canola oil instead of margarine and if i don’t have egg substitute, can i use 1 egg instead?
This is my favorite blondie recipe!! It’s the perfect cookie/bar/brownie-esque combination, love it! It’s a staple in my kitchen and one of my favorite go-to’s to make for Shabbos!
Can’t wait to make these for Shabbat this week. Just the easy chocolaty recipe I was looking for!
Egg substitute is a cholesterol and fat free egg, but you can use 1 egg in it’s place.
I just read that 1/4 c. of egg substitute is = to 1 whole egg.
looks fab… but what is egg substitute.. can I use an egg, if so how many?? (I dont think we have egg subsitute in the UK??)
My grandson and I think these look amazing. Now if we can have our own private baker to make them
